    Received in good time and exceptionally well packaged. The clock was very good value for money and better than described. Sadly the clock was not working on receipt. The seller was extremely responsive to messages and attempts were made to resolve the issue. Sadly it appears it became damaged in transit. It was agreed the item be returned for a full refund. I cannot recommend this seller more highly. I would trust him and buy from him again for sure

    Well packaged and delivered quickly with a quality courier. Clock is as described and in good shape overall but hammers/chimes had been moved in transit and needed adjustment. The pendulum had sensibly been removed for its journey. A good seller and an easy recommendation for future buyers.
