  I was sent the wrong backpack. Feel like it was intentional because the sticker on the backpack that was sent was totally different than the design I ordered and the design I wanted was out of stock. Shipping was fast. Seller was quick to offer a return and refund. The backpack I was sent was good quality. Ended up keeping it because my kid needed it ASAP for school. Price was more than Amazon but the design I wanted on Amazon was out of stock. Overall mixed experience.
