Excellent service from this seller but definitely third-rate service from the courier - DPD - who informed me it had been delivered around midday on 4th July and it only arrived midday today (7th July). In the meantime, I was frantically trying to track the parcel down and was unable to notify DPD through their opaque website.

However the seller resolved the problem on the same day the problem was highlighted and a replacement was received within 48 hours once they were alerted to the problem. Very handy packet form now instead of the plastic tubs - the lids always come off the plastic tubs so they always tip out - the packets are easier to keep sealed so the kitties can no longer help themselves to treats!
