We run into some issues with the delivery, Evri told us the package was lost at 7:30pm and told us to contact seller who responded quite fast. Then at 9pm, the package was delivered. So all good. Item is as per describe and looking forward to use it.

Yes, I received the bath stool but have never had a parcel so badly wrapped. The box was totally trashed and not even sellotaped enough so I just hope that all the bits are there for me to put it together. Use boxes that are not falling apart and please use enough sellotape.

Thankyou for your feedback, but I did mention in the listing that the box was tatty and even posted a photo of it, obviously I do not know if it sustained any further damage on its journey to you. However if there are any parts missing please contact me. Apologies for any disappointment.
