Cartrige toner faulty from the box, I've contacted the seller and he agreed to refund me, after that he disappeared, i had to go through PayPal to get refunded

I'm sorry about your bad experience. I'm more than happy to issue your refund. The seller did not disappear. You have not opened a return case on eBay, even now there is no returns case open. As a result the refund I promised you was sent to the wrong buyer as admin had to guess which buyer needed the refund and made a mistake.Even now there is no return opened from you. I have emailed yesterday to see if we can move forward but I must now wait for PayPal or risk refunding you twice. Apologies.
