The package arrived in excellent condition, but there are some notes that we recommend avoiding in the future, namely the tracking number was not correct, and the package also did not have a contact number, which led to the package being delayed for a longer period of time, but these things are normal and normal. Firstly seller provided non-existing tracking number. After 4 weeks bulbs came and because they were packed in simple envelope, they are all squashed. Instead of true value, seller put higher on evelope so I had to pay additonal customs fees. Avoid at any cost

the package arrived before time and as described, but I had problems tracking the package!! it was showing me it was in transit but actually found it in the mailbox of my residence. for the amount of money I paid for the shipping I think this is bad service compared to £7 paid to at least have a real tracking number that would show where my package is located. other than that all is well.
