  The listing said it was standard size and fits most adults, but upon purchase, the seller caught a mistake and reached out to me to let me know it was not the standard size, only a display model. So he asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund, and the money was back in my account within the hour. Accidents are always going to happen. Really impressed with how fast and efficient they handled theirs. I didn't wind up buying from them, but I definitely would in the future.

  There was some confusion with the shipping as the item was added to a shipment of another purchase from another seller, which I initially did not see. The ebay tracking also did not show that the item was shipped when in fact it already had been. Anyways, the seller delivered in time and all was good. Item was as promised. I appreciate the patience of the seller in figuring this out and apologize for the hassle and inconvenience the oversight on my end caused.

  nothing like the photo as advertised this is not solid wood but is MDF very disappointing and certainly not worth the money. i received a partial refund because the item did not look like that advertised .this was prior to receiving the item. however on receiving tis item it was clearly NOT solid wood certainly not worth more than £20.00 UK currency as had blemishes, scratches and concealed repairs. I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier
