    I ordered 2 towels and a face cloth. I only received 1 towel and the face cloth and was unable to contact the seller to resolve the issue. No communication whatsoever was received and ebay stepped in to issue a refund. Regrettably therefore I am unable to recommend this seller even though the towels are good quality.

    The item was very good quality which is why i bought Christy. It was in new condition and well packaged. The despatch time was a concern, I bought the item on 7th July as o had viditors staying for my birthday. The item actually arrived on 18th July and dedpite contacting the seller and opening a case with Ebay the seller never replied to explain the despatch delay and refused my request to cancel, even though the utem arrived two weeks later and after my friends had left

    The seller and the item are both excellent, exactly as described and their communication was fantastic especially as the courier, Evri lost the parcel for 3 days and then when they found it delivered it to the wrong address. Evri did not even bother to contact me when I contacted them on numerous occasions. However this was not the sellers fault and they apologized for Evri’s shocking service.
