Sorry, but I confirmed with our local UGG store that the UGGS you are selling are counterfeit. They may look a little like them, but they are certainly not. Even my daughter could tell the coloring is off and the box was labeled incorrectly. So you are advertising them as "Authentic" - they are far from it. The inner label on the Uggs are supposed to be hologram-ed - yours are not. Thanks for the money back, but still sucks I had to spend about $20 on shipping both ways. Poor craftsmanship.
