    Excellent seller! FedEx lost my item while in transit and the seller did everything possible to make it right. She even called me to give me an update and let me know she already shipped a new one out. Truly wonderful customer service and the item was perfect!

    The picture had 9 brushes I was sent 2 she said I ordered 1 and sent me another free. Discription said nothing about 1 brush. Spot brush from Oreck. When you show 9 in the picture of the product you selling that is what you get . I have never had any other seller do this to me what I see is what I get. Seller should clearly state what you will receive if different than pictured. Very much not satisfied. Seller deception.
