Works perfectly with both batteries charged out of the box, there is no mention to say to lube the chain but I would highly recommend this as a matter of course. this is a very nice little saw and very good value for money, communication from the seller was excellent with prompt delivery.   Item came through quickly with lots in the box for the price but the collet was faulty - 6.10mm with the bolt off despite advertised as 6.35mm. Seller messed me about for 5 days, gaslighting me that everything was measured in the factory and I must be using it wrong. Sent pictures and ended up going around in circles for days - I just wanted to return a faulty item for a refund! Seller finally initiated a return after 5 days, when I was ready to escalate with eBay support. Ridiculous.
