Welcome to our eBay shop. We are an IT recycling company based in the north of Sheffield. Our Mission is to reduce the amount of E-waste which is currently being thrown into landfill on a yearly basis. Buying refurbished doesn't only save you money, but also gives you peace of mind that you are helping save the environment. All assets are removed of all traces of previous ownership & tested to standards which are even more thorough than when they originally left the factory. Make sure you read the whole of the sellers information as vital information about the laptop was tucked away right at the end of the write up. Even then the description did not make clear that one USB port was not working and the other was difficult to use. Why didn't I give a worse rating? Because the packaging of the item was good, delivery was prompt and the laptop works well. The seller has apologised for being less than fully open about the state of the laptop.

The same listing template is used across all our devices with the defects listed at the bottom in the large green "Cosmetic Condition & Defects" box. The defect in question was noted as "Damage to USB ports on right, damage to USB ports and vent on left" & 2x high quality photos were provided. Any defects are clearly written and not hidden or tucked away as the buyer is suggesting. We gave the buyer the option to return for a full refund due to their oversight which was declined.

Items were delivered quickly and as described. Everything was well wrapped with bubble wrap, but the cardboard box wasn't up to the job and was falling apart by the time it reached me. Luckily nothing had escaped and nothing was damaged, so still a positive purchase.
