I ordered 4 x 4 plastic containers. 2 x 4 arrived well-packed and on time. 1 x 4 arrived late, loose in a larger box and damaged. 1 x 4 did not arrive at all. After exchanges of many emails and several apologies from the very polite seller, I was refunded for the damaged item and those which did not arrive.
