    First they sent the wrong size, not what I asked for. I returned it, didn't hear anything pressed return item, they told me to take it off, which I did, didn't hear anything, I contact them and ask are they sending the correct size. They said yes, but nothing has come to me. Avoid these scammers. To company I am not retracting these comment because they are all true, you had my money, and the item back, I have nothing. You have had plenty of time to resolve this issue.

    They have sent me a replacement after all, BUT it is the same item, the same wrong item back again. Honestly, to make an error is a bit careless, but to do it twice is incompetence. I wish I had never heard of these jokers.....

    On June16 I ordered and paid for 2packs of Dr Beckmann ultra net curtain renovater. You kindly kept me updated on the progress of the correct item. However when the parcel arrived it contained the wrong item. I have contacted the seller twice but no luck. Please will you look into this and ensure that they send me the correct item.
