They state 24hr courier, but by 20th I had received nothing so asked where my goods were. They responded saying the courier lost them and if I wanted them again. I responded that I did. Then next day they refunded me saying that they don't post to my area (NI). Total amateurs. Very slow dispatch and incorrect messages all along. You shouldn't be on Ebay if you can't set up your listing correctly.

Now I’m stuck with a broken bin. I thought eBay money back guarantee would help but they only allowed 14 days instead of 60 days. As you hadn't stated that you wasn't going to be present to take delivery, this didn't allow you to confirm any damages were caused in the first 24 hours the delivery was made. May I also note that issue was resolved as we had sent you a replacement bin on the 16th of September.
