  Received the wrong hair colour, I only use inoa. I was sent Majirel which I am extremely sensitive to and is full of Ammonia. Needed to colour my hair for an important event at the weekend. Gave them 24 hours to respond but no reply so do not recommend sadly! As a small business owner myself, I personally would have responded straight away and sent the correct order by now with priority mail to please my customer, to ensure this was delivered in time but I am sure it won't be now :(
