  The buying experience from this seller was fine and the bag I received would have been perfect, IF it had been the bright white it appears to be in the seller’s shop. Unfortunately, it was more the colour of butter, so I can’t use it as intended, which is disappointing. It was also wrapped in a bag which was labelled “black”! I will keep it though as it is good value for money, and a good quality, useful bag. The seller just needs to change the photo to show the colour more accurately. Thanks.

  The spider costume I ordered is not as described! The costume has no fastening adjuster as advertised. Tere is no way you can attach it to your pet as there is no string/velcro or anything! I contacted the seller twice but they never replied. Also, they advertised as a fast delievery and that's why I ordered from them but it took nearly two weeks to arrive!
