  Hi, I do apologize again about the damage that your package experienced due to the mishandling from USPS. When they realized that it was damaged, the had to repackage which is the reason why it had new packaging and their label explaining what had happened. However as soon as you reached out to me, I did make good on their error. I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave negative feedback for me, I had thought that we had rectified the situation since you didn't contact me further.
