It was mailed in a thin plastic bag, and the watch had already been activated by the seller or pervious owner if there was one. So, there's no telling how much longer the battery will last.     Product condition was as described, minus the damage received during shipping. The cable was left plugged in and the items in the box had nothing from preventing from knocking into each other during shipping. The USB-C connector broke off in the port. Purchased a new cable and I think everything appears to be working. Got the item for a good price, received the item quickly, but recommend more care being given to protecting and packing the items.

    First things first, this seller is one of the best I've ever dealt with. The communication is stellar. I ordered the controller for my son's birthday asked in a note to him if he could please expedite shipping due to my son's birthday and for all means I believe 100% that they tried. The reason I say tried because I never did receive the item probably due to my house being in The boondocks I requested a refund because of this and within 24 hours the entire amount was refunding back to me. A+++
