I fell in love with the art of resale from a very young age. I remember pricing and managing my once beloved toys at the annual family yard sale. It was a very fond memory as a child that I still carry today.
During the early to late 1990's, as a young adult, I went to antiques shows with my parents. They decorated their new home in vintage and antiques. My mother was in a wheelchair and my Dad took her everywhere giving her the best life possible during the last several years of her life. Collecting and antiqueing brought us together and I cherish the quality time we had.
After Mom passed away in 1998, I continued to antique with my Dad. It was our healing process.
Today, I still love finding treasures and reselling, it's just simply in my blood. I love quality, uniqueness, and reuse.
