If you are interested in modifying your head unit to where you can refill your own solution with products of your choice (We use simple green), then drop us a line , as we are considering a couple of day mail inn turn around service with refill components which would be including instructions, based upon demand and being able to offer at a reasonable price which makes sense. Point here is we dont feel you must pay outragous prices for inferior products because the manufacturer scares us into that monopoly.Our company motto is to offer you not equal, but proven better produts to use in your catgenie machines for a cheaper price. The litter box functions normally and the amount will last me for months. My first box was lost in the mail for a month. I contacted the seller who responded to me quick and was extremely polite. They sent me another 10 lbs at no cost. Due to the quality and ease of dealing with this seller I will always be buying this letter from them.

They eventually refunded the purchase price and sent an additional quantity. So from that standpoint they went above what was required to resolve the issue. However, I first contacted the seller about the shorted order and after 24 hours they had still not responded. We conduct honest business and our customers do come first, with that said, please allow more than mere hours between complaints and accusations of being scammers, and further use the ebay issue resolution page to identify issues with sellers, as they will be notified rather than writing to sellers email or messages, otherwise your message just gets added to the other 50 daily spam
