    Well packed and arrived promptly via Evri which is a minor miracle with them doing the deliveries. Excellent communication from the Seller keeping me informed all the way. As described on Sellers Page, genuine replacement part but unfortunately the new print head hasn’t solved the problem (B200). Won't hesitate to use this Seller again and have added them to my very short “Saved Sellers” List.

    Item was as described and low priced. It arrived late but in fairness to the seller that may be down to Royal Mail. When it was overdue by a couple of days I messaged the seller and immediately had a response offering to resend. As it happened the original package then arrived the following morning. I was able to contact the seller in time to prevent the duplicate being sent out.
