After opening the external package I’ve noticed straight away that the box had been opened before and the stone inside was slightly damaged. I messaged the seller who decided, without discussing it first with me(the customer) to apply a £1.50 refund. I contacted him again and said that I thought a £5.00 refund would have been more fair and asked to top up with £3.50 more. After all I thought I was buying a brand new stone. He decided to ignore me. Very unprofessional and unfair

Brought for son as loves minions, mug was whole minus a small chip on the foot of the mug, the glaze throughout the mug is cracked - not physically cracked but just appearance for the money not worth it - we’ve used the mug and box has since been binned so in returnable - looks like a used product apposed to new. 2 star based on wasn’t smashed when we opened it!
