    Evri damaged this parcel so that it could not be delivered. When I tried to tell seller about this an Ebay bug confused this non-delivery with a previous non-delivery of the same item, and prevented contact with the seller. In the end, Ebay themselves had to arrange a refund. None of this was the fault of the seller who has always been an excellent Ebayer.

    Excellent service with great communication regarding delivery. Very pleased with the whole process. Yet to try the wine but must mention how well it was packed - instead of vertical spacers the bottles were held firmly in place with molded horizontal spacers top and bottom and a mid section horizontal spacer with circlular holes cut in to keep the bottles spaced. Not seen that before. Ingenious, I think.
