    AVOID SELLER - Item was wrongly listed showing the item contained 12 decorative swirls. I received the swirls and there was only 6. I had no choice but to use them as they were for my little boys party. Contacted seller asking for a refund I was met with I can send the item back but I explained that I've had to use them and would like a partial refund at least. Seller did not respond. Still nothing. The seller changed their listing to reflect correct amount but still nothing back.
