Beautiful cake topper. Unfortunately, despite being sent in a reinforced envelope, it arrived broken. Seller replaced, but the same issue happened again. Seller refunded. Would have preferred a third replacement because it's so beautiful, but can't fault the seller on responsiveness as suspect eBay algorithm required a refund. I would certainly use again, but perhaps the seller needs to re-evaluate the packaging used. Really beautiful item, so disappointed not to be able to use it.
