  I had ordered the same chairs sometime ago so I knew what to expect. The chairs are fine apart from some small marks on the fabric. They are useful and sturdy chairs. However I am very disappointed in the delivery from DHL. I had conflicting and contradicting messages from DVL and tracking was poor. The parcel was eventually left in the porch and it was very wet. I have emailed eBay separately with further details. I cannot recommend DHL. L

  Arrived earlier than I was notified. Box was in good condition. The boat ladder was in good condition. The item is very good quality ( better than expected) and I am more than happy with it. The price was better than I could find anywhere else. The seller experience was complicated by DHL so I have no complaints and would be happy to recommend this seller. Good eBay.

  I live on 2nd floor with a phone for contact but no one did. I was home and there is a lift but the parcel was left by the main door. I am disabled sobthey were too heavy. When I opened the box I found They’re not white as advertised, but grey and nowhere did it say I had to assemble them. I don’t want them and I want my money back. Please come and take them awayIt has put me off buying from eBay as I had no idea the Seller is selling on eBay from China!! on eBay said Money Back guarantee!!!

  The table arrived in 2 boxes but the 2nd box arrived 2 days after its due date with no explanation. The DX delivery man didn’t ring my doorbell just left the heavy box outside my front door. The 1st delivery guy bought the box into my hall for me, thanks DPD. It took me 3.5hrs to build it, the instructions could be a bit clearer, some words to explain rather than just relying on pictures to show you what to do. It’s sturdy & a bit larger than I thought but great storage. Will enjoy crafting!
