    I ordered purple but received pale lilac (in a dark purple packing bag. I didn't realise, until I unpacked it on our trip, so we had to use it and I couldn't return it. They did communicate well and offered me a £3 refund. I don't want a pale coloured sleeping bag, so the dog will have it for the winter season.....
