Ordered 2 sweaters to wear for Xmas and paid for 2 x postage. Ordered - 11/12 - Arrived - 27/12.
I returned the 2 sweaters unopened in 1 parcel (same parcel they arrived in) and paid for 1 x postage as this was now going to cost me to return them. I was refunded for 1 sweater minus the postage. I was offered a partial refund for the 2nd sweater. I declined this as the sweater returned was unopened. I contacted them and was ignored. Very poor customer service.
