  These resin Robins look gorgeous in my garden. The quality of these Robins are great and think they are a very good value for money. They were well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.   Delivery extremely long, overly so. Made far wo by the pathetic Evri Courier service which was scheduled, re-scheduled and re-scheduled yet again. in total 8 days to recieve a small package that even the Post Office could have delivered quicker. The packaging was far from adequate for 2 fragile items - a small piece of thin card and a bit of bubble film simply wrapped around, not taped up! Thank Will NOT be using again Impossible to talk to Evri though anything other than a BOT - totally useless

  As described and perfect for displaying my jewellery so very happy. However I’m not so happy about the packaging. They came in a great big box which was packed full of polystyrene. This is totally unnecessary. The items could’ve gone in a Box 1/10 the size. Please consider our planet. Polystyrene is a big no no.

  According to the parcel tracking the courier lost the item at my local hub, it eventually arrived 10 days after I purchased it. I had complained to the seller that it was late and because of this I had to purchase a replacement from a high street shop. The seller refunded all I had paid. When it did arrive it was obvious the package had been squashed, I could not have used the item as a gift as it was not in brand new condition. The seller was very apologetic. The item would be good value.
