A huge comfort to now have this portable power station. Received today and currently on charge. It is difficult to reach EcoFlow in U.K. to register the warranty on the given 0800 number. Not got through as yet. Flyer for discount offer on solar panels directs me to the US. Currently sent an email asking them to help me register warranty and to find out what discounts for panels are offered UK. Overall very happy with the generator. Looks and feels fantastic. Good price and next day delivery.
