The seller shipped this to us with a false sticker saying it was part w11224256 but inside the box was the same faulty part W11161172 that whirlpool replaced with w11224256. If whirlpool would have made this the part number inside the box would have matched with the part number on the box. But this item was just replaced by a false sticker on the box. No wonder they accept no refunds. I should have known better.
