This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with eBay, the seller has not ONCE replied to my messages, an the item has still not arrived,
I try and track the item and I get “we are currently unable to confirm the status of your item check tomorrow” every single day since was posted last week
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. from postage for what he calls “small letter” in the description so can’t imagine it costs more then £1.50 all the way through to communication.

Package returned on 26/03 because the buyer who is based in The Channel Islands failed to collect the package which they were duly notified about and pay the appropriate customs fee. It is not the responsibility of the sender to pay these charges. The status of the package would always be unavailable to view because they didn't select the tracking option. All messages were replied to promptly. I have a picture of the returned package showing that on the 12th Feb the buyer failed to collect
