Order shipped in a document envelope, unprotected (no bubble wrap nothing) - paid for postage in a small parcel bag/box not in a DOCUMENT envelope. Seller did not respect Auspost Shipping instructions (document envelope for documents with max 2cm thickness). Seller did not ship according to selected method “small parcel bag or box”. Seller is unwilling to accept any fault. Thank god for eBay guarantee. Will never order again.

The buyer is correct about the order being sent in a shipping envelope. I sent this in an XL shipping envelope with tracking. I did have this bubble-wrapped and protected. The fact that the buyer has said I didn’t respect Aus Post shipping - why did it get delivered then, and not returned? Because it was under 2cm in thickness and I followed the guidelines The toy figure made it undamaged as it was protected the buyer didn’t mention that.
