  The item received was NOT the one pictured and described. Seller's site states no returns accepted. An e-mail inquiry was sent to the seller as soon as the package was opened. One week later there is still no response from the seller. The package was shipped promptly and was well-wrapped which is always appreciated. The lack of response from the seller is disappointing, to say the least.
