  Item never delivered. The Royal Mail tracking photo shows the package in what looks like a delivery carrier or storage area, not at a residence. No identifying details. I asked the seller to contact Royal Mail (as required by policy), but the seller refused, told me to check neighbors or post office, and then ignored my messages. No machine, no refund.
