  This bag wasn’t a Dooney and Bourke, but this was brought to the sellers attention, they quickly refunded the money. I’m very pleased with the communication with the seller, they were quick to ask questions and quick to fix the problem. There are many fake purses sold on eBay as original and this seller wanted to make sure they were genuine. I truly appreciate everything they did to make it right.

  Seller is easy to deal with and very fair. Item was accidentally miss labeled but worked a compensation out because of model number difference. Fast communication and shipping. Would buy from seller again. One of a few sellers that listed or best offer and actually accepted an offer, most do not. Thanks for using USPS for shipping they are the best.
