Why do I need to wait 7 days before I can leave neutral or negative feedback ???You obligate the customer to leave pozitive feedback.So you don't want to know the real feedback...just a make-up one...to make you feel better.The package was open....all the cartridges were everywhere.The bag was damaged...2 cartridges were in the bag...The rest outside the bag.Great job.Never buy from you again.Keep your apologies for yourself....they don't cover poor services.
