  The item arrived quickly packaged sensibly and protectively. The seller gave excellent accurate advice preventing me from wasting money, time and effort on unnecessary maintenance of my coffee machine.   Paid extra to get this item quickly. Seller time, 4 days. Seller did not post item until the third day. There was then the least tracking information I have received In 30 years of buying on ebay. Still have no idea where it came from and any real tracking details that I got on day 4, the supposed day of delivery dissappeared. Item tracking never changed there was no sign of it even after delivery. Coms ceased when I asked for money back. Showed up 11 days late. Item has lots of Quality caveats.

  I'm very confused, was this feedback for another seller? You placed this order on 23/04 and it was posted the same day. Postage was free with no tracking, no extra was paid for priority or tracked. The only comms was our courtesy msg to you that your order was posted with a date stamped photo of your package as proof. The delivery address is 15mins from us, so 11 days late is unlikely. Regarding quality, our current feedback speaks for itself. Again, very confused as to your feedback.
