Machine was a bit damaged when arrived to the USA however; the company was very sympathetic with this issue and sent over the pieces to have it rectified. They even paid for the cost of reinstalling. I will give them a solid 10 for attentiveness and willingness to work with me to solve the problem. They are amazing!
