Seller asked me to wait 2 months for a part which would have meant a void warranty. After two weeks of conversation they sent me a full replacement chair. Don't let them make you wait. They might be trying to stall, void the warranty, and leave you hanging. Let them know you are willing to do a return through eBay instead of their solutions. Ask for tracking information if they say they will send you parts.
