I asked him to stand by the price he listed and I paid. Over a month later, no delivery, and no tracking info. Seller is a fraud and cannot be trusted to stand be his Agreed price.

Seller stated in description: "Use : Walk with stick it can able to handle the weight." It cannot! The handle is attached with tiny screws to a very thin wooden wall in the shaft. The first time I leaned on it the screws and holes stripped. I tried working with the seller to fix it and every effort led to another weakness. The seller finally said they would make a refund. I never received it nor heard from them again even after sending a message. I just opened a case with eBay.
