    Shipping was fast. But the wrong item was sent or the seller mis-advertised the item. It was advertised as a size 14 (EU48 equivalent) boot. When I received the boots they were an EU46 which is a US 12. too small. I contacted the seller and he initially said that the item "must have gotten swapped somewhere down the line." Not sure how that would happen since they packaged and shipped the item. Finally, they offered me a refund of $1.
