  The shipping was really fast as it came in the span of a week. The packaging was good but the console did come with a really small piece of it chipped and cracked. It also came with a small bump on the top but overall I don’t really mind about the xbox cosmetically. The Xbox came with the games as described and they all work. For the value, it’s a steal.   Upon receiving the disc, I was excited and ready to play only to discover that the game did not work and the disc had multiple scratches on the surface layer. After talking with the seller, they agreed to accept a return and issue a full refund no hassle.
