  The photo frame was broken and the glass was shattered. Minimal bubble wrapping. Tried to contact the seller twice and got no response. When I filed for a return (which generally aren't accepted by this seller), I gave my reasoning, hoping that the seller would refund the money. The seller never contacted me and EBay itself was the only one willing to help. I have a 8 month old and my husband works so it's hard to take the time to go to a shipping store myself to get the refund.
