What a thrill! I've wanted this piece for ages, and finally took the plunge. The seller was great at every stage, quickly and courteously reviving the listing after my inquiry, and discussing shipping strategy, after I'd suffered a string of breakages in other sellers' orders. Never left negative feedback in years. A 90 year old penny arcade game glass was shattered on delivery. Item should have been packaged professionally for the amount of shipping. Seller refuses to refund my payment stating waiting on insurance claim despite I provided every single photo he asked and waited 2 business days for insurance decision. My cash is being held hostage. Worst experience on Ebay with over 1000 transactions. I had to contact my credit card company. Poor business!
