There was a little mishap with some of the items not getting shipped but colorOttens was quick to fix the problem and I got all 4 filters. The filters were exactly as described and fit an older vacuum. I would definitely do business with again. Unfortunately there was an issue with USPS rerouting my package. I reached out to the seller to let him know just in case they were returning to sender for some reason. He jumped right in and initiated a lost package ticket with USPS getting it back on track.
