I tried contacting them several times with no response. I was disappointed with Ebay's investigation . Would not recommend to others as I had such a negative and time wasting experience

    Brilliant and a life saver, Correctly described, very well packed for a delicate item, very fast delivery and great value, I thought I was in for a massive expense because the cistern was long discontinued. Without this brand new cistern with all the internal parts I would have had to buy a complete new toilet and put up with it being white and not matching the rest of the bathroom. I had this fitted in half a day and everyone is very happy. This seller is great, thank you so much !!!
