  I highly recommend this seller and would give 10 stars if I could! The wooden utensils are lovely and and were dispatched in good time. I contacted the seller post ordering but pre their dispatch regarding a change of address for the delivery due to MY error when ordering, in failing to check the correct dispatch address was on the order, as I had recently moved. This seller was amazing and very reassuring with their speedy response that they had amended it on the order THANK YOU

  Tracking information indicated that this item was despatched & shipped quickly, however after arriving in the UK the domestic carrier was less efficient & the package was lost. The seller maintained good communication throughout & tried to locate the item, unfortunately to no avail. Although the seller was also a victim of the loss they did not quibble and I received a full refund. I consider this to be a reputable seller & would buy from them again with confidence.
