With regard to its delivery on this occasion: this small item (about 5x5x1inch) arrived with a really excessive amount of packaging (a very large plastic bag and a huge cardboard envelope). I think it would have fitted inside an A5 envelope. Perhaps the seller should check with their courier about this matter.
